- Experience of emotion is awareness of physiological responses to emotion-arousing stimulus.
- Perception of stimulus (sight of oncoming car) → Arousal (Pounding heart)→ Emotion (fear)
- We feel emotion because of biological changes caused by stress.
- The body changes and out mind recognizes the feeling.
